Therapy provides a safe and confidential place to talk about life’s struggles, gain personal insight and develop ways to work towards solutions for these challenges.

My focus

I see those struggling with perinatal mental health research but I  am also available for those non-parents struggling with life, in general. 

My approach

Every person is unique and my goal is to work with you to find the best way to help you find solutions. I believe in the value of using evidence-based techniques but in a way that suites you.

Who do I see?

I accept clients in the EU, UK and elsewhere. I'm unable to accept clients in the USA or Canada. 


When you begin therapy you are entering into a relationship built on trust and collaboration between client and therapist where your confidentiality is ensured. I adhere to the ethical code of the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association found here.
