Is therapy for you?

Sometimes life is challenging, especially when it involves transitions,  and we have difficulty coping mentally and physically. Counselling provides a safe and confidential place to talk about life’s struggles, gain personal insight and develop ways to work towards solutions for these challenges.

How therapy online works

Once we have booked an appointment I will send you a link that will take you directly to the online waiting room.

Fees are €60 per session.

My focus

I am available for those struggling to manage their mental health, stress and life's ups and downs.

I see those struggling with perinatal mental health research but I  am also available for those non-parents struggling with life, in general.

My approach

I am continually learning new approaches to psychotherapy. Every person is unique and my goal is to work with you to find the best way to help you find solutions. I believe in the value of using evidence-based techniques but in a way that suites you.

Who do I see?

I accept clients in the EU, UK and elsewhere. I'm unable to accept clients in the USA or Canada.

Ethics

When you begin therapy you are entering into a relationship built on trust and collaboration between client and counsellor where your confidentiality is ensured. I adhere to the ethical code of the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association found here.
