Specialized Care for Perinatal and Reproductive Mental Health
I provide specialized, evidence-based care for women navigating the bio-psycho-social impact of reproductive transitions and life challenges. Hormonal shifts, sleep disruption, and identity changes can converge at once, making life feel overwhelming and, at times, impossible.
I see clients online in France, the UK, across Europe, and elsewhere at Bergeseen Group, an international women’s mental health practice.
My work focuses on how to best adjust to the hormonal, emotional, and cognitive shifts that can accompany our cycles, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond - including changes in mood, anxiety, anger, mental load, stress, and ability to concentrate.
I’m a neuroscientist and mother of two, and I draw from both my professional expertise and personal experiences to guide my work and advocacy.

Concerns that I work with include:
-
Anxiety, low mood, anger, irritability, worry
-
Hormone sensitivities and conditions (ie. PMDD).
-
Identity shifts (ie. Matrescence)
-
Difficulty adjusting to the demands of caregiving
-
Infertility and assisted reproductive treatment (IVF)
-
Pregnancy loss, complicated grief, birth trauma
-
Navigating cultural and societal expectations
-
Adjusting to living abroad
-
Navigating the impact of mental load and cognitive changes
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported as they build self-awareness and understanding, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop effective coping strategies.
