Specialized Care for Perinatal and Reproductive Mental Health
I provide specialized, evidence-based care for women navigating the bio-psycho-social impact of reproductive transitions and challenges. Hormonal shifts, sleep disruption, and identity changes can converge at once, making life feel destabilized and unfamiliar.

My work focuses on how to best adjust to the emotional and cognitive shifts that often accompany motherhood, perimenopause and beyond, including mood, anxiety, anger, mental load, stress, and mom brain.
I’m a mother of two, and I draw from both my professional expertise and personal experiences to guide my work and advocacy.

Common concerns that I work with include:

-
Anxiety, low mood, anger
-
Intrusive thoughts or heightened worry
-
Identity shifts (ie. Matrescence)
-
Emotional strain in partner relationships
-
Difficulty adjusting to the demands of caregiving
-
Infertility and assisted reproductive treatment (IVF)
-
Pregnancy loss or complicated grief
-
Navigating cultural and societal expectations
-
Adjusting to living abroad
-
Navigating the impact of mental load, cognitive changes, mom brain, and mom guilt
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported as they build self-awareness and understanding, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop effective coping strategies.

I see clients online in France, the UK, throughout Europe, and abroad at Bergeseen Group, an international women’s mental health practice serving clients worldwide.
