Specialized Care for Perinatal Mental Health
I provide specialized, evidence-based care for women navigating the psychological impact of reproductive transitions. Hormonal shifts, sleep disruption, and identity changes can converge at once, making this season feel destabilizing and unfamiliar.

My work focuses on how to best adjust to the emotional and cognitive shifts that often accompany motherhood, including mood, anxiety, anger, mental load, and mom brain. I’m a mother of two, and I draw from both my professional expertise and personal experiences to guide my work and advocacy.

Common concerns that I work with include:
-
Anxiety during pregnancy
-
Postpartum depression or significant mood changes
-
Intrusive thoughts or heightened worry
-
Infertility and assisted reproductive treatment (IVF)
-
Pregnancy loss or complicated grief
-
Identity shifts in early motherhood
-
Emotional strain in partner relationships
-
Difficulty adjusting to the demands of caregiving
-
Navigating cultural and societal expectations
-
Navigating the impact of mental load, cognitive changes, mom brain, and mom guilt
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported as they build self-awareness and understanding, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop effective coping strategies.

I see clients online in France, the UK, throughout Europe, and abroad at Bergeseen Group, an international women’s mental health practice serving clients worldwide.
